We are pleased to announce that we are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for Northern England (north of Sheffield), Scotland, and Ireland.

Position Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with our network of Key Dealers. Working remotely, you will need to be a self-motivated and proactive individual, capable of managing your own schedule and tasks without direct supervision. Your primary responsibility will be to regularly visit your Key Dealers, understand their needs, and provide support to help them achieve their sales targets. Additionally, you will be a collaborative team player, working closely with colleagues to ensure the overall success of our sales team and maintaining regular, communication and reporting with the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular client Visits: Actively visit our network of Key Dealers to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring they have the support needed to meet their sales goals.
- Empathetic Support: Keep in regular contact with all the sales reps within each Key Dealership, and understand and address the unique challenges they face, offering tailored solutions and support to help them succeed.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrate a high level of self-discipline and motivation to manage your daily activities and meet targets without direct supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Work openly and cooperatively with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Regular Reporting: Maintain open and regular communication with the Sales Director, providing detailed reports on your activities, progress, and any challenges encountered.
Qualifications:
- Full driving license with experience of driving with a trailer.
- Mechanical aptitude, with ability to fit attachments to tractors and mowers, and successfully demonstrate their operation.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealer management sales role.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with and support distributors in achieving their goals.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
