The Sarel-Roller rectifies this by puncturing the surface with small, precise holes. They can be fitted either as a set of three Thatch-Away Cassette Units onto a greensmower, or as a single Tractor Mounted Sarel-Roller on a compact tractor.  For larger areas such as golf course fairways, the Multi-Sarel has three Sarel-Rollers which fold out hydraulically to a massive 5.4m working width.
